Our roofing professionals can install different varieties, shapes, sizes, colors, and weights of tile. We can do anything from lightweight wood shake designs all the way up to high-end flat, double channel smooth ceramic tile. For all Spanish style tiles, can can install anything from a traditional 2 piece design (clean look), to a Spanish “S” style design (in a variety of shapes and colors), as well an old-school styled thick mortar bleed design.
We also install slate roofing, and can assist you in installing anything from traditional slate designs or lightweight, imitation plastic rooftop designs, including Cedar-lite and De Vinci. Title 24 compliant, cool energy reflective torch down bitumen cap sheets are also available, in a variety of colors, to be installed by our roofing professionals. Our company can also employ slope cement roofing techniques in order to better assist your roof in water drainage.
In terms of shingle roofing, we can install classic, 3-tab flat style shingles; in addition to Presidential and Presidential TI-laminated 50 year asphalt shingles. Another Title 23-31 compliant installation that our company specializes in is the Solaris reflective lifetime dimensional asphalt shingles (in a variety of colors and from different manufacturers).

What We Can Do For You
Gutter installations are another one of our company’s specialties, and we install 26 gauge baked aluminum, seamless gutter canals (in various colors); capped with 4”, 5”, and 6” (width) metal screen guards. All of our gutter systems are cut to size and installed by our roofing professionals. We offer downspouts for our gutter systems, and can install 2x3” and 3x5” downspouts with elbows, decorative chain downspouts, and half round or crown shaped downspouts. We also offer copper downspouts.
Hot tar services is something that not many roofing companies still provide but one that we exclusively still offer! We can situate your roof with hot tar roof rocks (in reflective white), different sizes of granite #5, and decorative styled rocks. Rock repairs and tune ups are also available! In terms of hot tar decking underpayments, we do this by performing 3 mopping layers with a 28 lbs base sheet and two 11lbs felt in between moppings.
Our campy can also assist you in all things deck and porches related. We can do all things wood including repairs and the instillation of cement and life decking solutions. We can also do a variety of different cement color top coats. We work with and install APOC and GACO 100% pure silicone deck systems and flat top roof coatings.
In terms of high end metal roofing we are one of the few companies still working with and installing these materials. We use 26 gauge baked aluminum 8,12, 16 and custom inch vertical, metal rooftop panels; with Boral superior peel and stick underlayment.
